Canola oil

Canola oil, or canola for short, is a vegetable oil derived from a variety of rapeseed that is low in erucic acid. Canola is a good choice for cooking and baking because it's low in artery-clogging saturated fat (lower than olive oil) and high in heart-healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats. Canola oil is good source of vitamin E.
